Intermediary Consultant
Our client is a not‑for‑profit health and wellbeing provider with a long-standing commitment to making healthcare accessible for working people. They are seeking an experienced Intermediary Consultant to join their expanding team and play a key role in delivering an outstanding experience to clients, partners, and stakeholders.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Developing, managing, and strengthening relationships with intermediaries, introducers, and their customers.
- Driving revenue growth.
- Supporting efficient and effective onboarding.
- Ensuring consistently high levels of customer satisfaction.
Acting as a strategic advisor, you will work collaboratively to provide tailored solutions that meet customer needs and align with organisational objectives.

Required Experience
- Proven experience within the employee benefits market as an Intermediary
- Strong understanding of FCA regulations associated with regulated products
- Solid market awareness and intelligence
- Demonstrated ability to manage and develop intermediary and broker relationships
- Experience delivering tailored presentations, proposals, and solutions
- Background in a sales, consultancy, or partner‑focused environment
