This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Lecturer at our London campus. The Business Lecturer will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality lectures, seminars, and workshops across undergraduate and postgraduate programs. Responsibilities include:
- Creating and reviewing instructional materials
- Mentoring and guiding students on academic progress
- Designing assessment strategies to evaluate learning outcomes
- Contributing to curriculum development
- Collaborating with faculty on research or program improvements to enhance the quality of education
Qualifications
- Strong subject-matter expertise in Business Studies, including areas such as management, entrepreneurship, and organizational behavior
- Proficiency in research, curriculum development, and instructional design
- Excellent communication, presentation, and student engagement skills
- Ability to mentor and guide students, including providing constructive feedback
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for teaching and reviewing course materials
- Previous teaching experience in higher education and pedagogical training are an advantage
- A postgraduate qualification in Business Studies or a related field; a teaching qualification is preferred
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse learning environment
