At Aura Connections, this graduate programme gives you hands-on experience across client campaigns, customer engagement, and team coordination, from live client events to direct, face-to-face campaign delivery across Glasgow and the wider Central Belt.

About Aura Connections

Aura Connections is a growing sales and marketing organisation delivering customer engagement and business growth solutions for established UK clients, specialising in Events, B2B, and Field-Based marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent client brands directly with customers through events, B2B outreach, and field-based campaigns
  • Assist with business development and customer acquisition activities
  • Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to track campaign results
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and customers
  • Support day-to-day team coordination and business operations
  • Take part in structured, hands-on training in business management and leadership
