Provide hands-on analytical and business management support to the central team by turning messy/ambiguous inputs into clear insights, trackers, and executive-ready PowerPoint narratives. The role is intended to provide additional capacity for “getting things done” across day-to-day team priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze large datasets (often complex spreadsheets and multiple sources) to identify trends, risks, gaps, and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain trackers, dashboards and KPI reporting to support transformation, compliance/training tracking, and operational performance (as required).
  • Translate ambiguous problem statements into structured analysis, clear outputs, and recommended actions.
  • Produce executive-ready PowerPoint packs: storyline, charts, commentary, and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Provide business management / PMO-style support, including portfolio views, progress reporting, actions and RAID-style tracking.
  • Support general team activity and ad-hoc requests (including providing support where needed).
  • Work independently with confidential/sensitive information and apply appropriate judgement.
  • Collaborate closely with the wider team, taking ownership of allocated tasks and following through to completion.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Strong collaboration skills and a proactive, “pitch in and fix it” mindset (happy to do the grunt work when needed).
  • Familiarity with AI productivity tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude or similar) and how to use them responsibly to accelerate analysis and drafting.
