About Us
Join our energised and engaged Business Management team, where we offer a diverse and flexible working experience. Our mission is to support Engineering teams in the planning and on-time delivery of technical developments for aircraft, manufacturing support, and operator services.
Our activities span a wide range of functions, including project, resource and financial planning, as well as performance management, export control, and supplier enablement. We also focus on digital tool development and provide coaching on project management including task definition, forecasting, and strategy. For us, the key to success is all about delivery, and we offer a flexible approach to working.

What You Will Be Doing
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our Business Management team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the robust planning of activities and resources;
- Supporting the governance of subcontracting arrangements;
- Learning to understand the practical, financial, and resource implications of decisions;
- Coordinating with other teams, partners, and stakeholders;
- Managing ad-hoc projects;
- Performing data analysis, simplification, communication, and implementation of findings;
- Making recommendations, coaching, and steering people;
- Supporting the strategic development of our resources and competencies;
- Supporting the team's business strategy, transformation, and digital enablement.
You will spend time working closely with various teams to fully understand their challenges. The activities you lead and support will directly contribute to the organisation's success.
You'll have the opportunity to rapidly develop your knowledge in business management and continuous improvement. You'll gain hands-on experience in supporting our existing business strategy on topics such as team empowerment, issue anticipation, and agility in our ways of working. These are all key skills for future leaders at Airbus.
Requirements
Our placements are open to Undergraduates only. Therefore it is mandatory for candidates to be an undergraduate for the whole duration of the placement. Please inform your graduation date on your application.

- Studying a degree towards Business Management, Project Management, Engineering or similar subjects;

- You are interested in project management and the less technical aspects of work in an engineering organisation.
SECURITY CLEARANCE: You will be subject to a BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) check. You may also need to gain UK SC-level Security Clearance or Export Control, depending on the role.
