TikTok Shop Expansion and Business Management TPA Role
TikTok Shop is now live as a seller marketplace across 10 European countries, and raised its seller commission from 5% to 9% in January 2026 across its five biggest EU markets. Behind that growth sits a small team making sure every seller and creator programme, from commission structures to matchmaking policies, is configured correctly and on time. This Business Management TPA role is part of that team.
You'll support the configuration and execution of key business projects such as Seller Mission, Seller Assignment, Seller Commitment, Creator Mission and Creator Commission. That means collecting and validating requirements from stakeholders, preparing configuration templates, running pre and post launch checks, and flagging issues before they become bigger problems.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
