Business Management Trainee | Manchester

Bunset & Co. is a growing Manchester-based organisation working with recognised UK brands across the energy and telecommunications sectors. We specialise in professional, face-to-face customer engagement and helping our clients build stronger relationships with their audiences.
We’re looking for Business Management Trainees who are ambitious, curious and ready to develop beyond the classroom.
This is an entry-level opportunity, so previous management experience isn’t required. You’ll receive structured training, and practical experience from day one.
The Role
As a Business Management Trainee, you’ll develop your understanding of business, communication, leadership and team development while working alongside experienced managers.

Your training will combine practical experience with structured learning, including:
- Professional face-to-face customer engagement
- Supporting campaigns and daily team operations
- Learning how to understand and monitor performance
- Regular training and 1-to-1 coaching
- Building your understanding of business and leadership
