The Opportunity

As a Business Management Trainee, you’ll start at entry level to master the core foundations of our business — customer engagement, campaign delivery, and client services. Through structured training, real-time coaching, and hands-on leadership exposure, you’ll progress through our management development programme designed to prepare you for senior leadership and executive-level roles.

  • Learning and executing our proven face-to-face acquisition strategies
  • Professionally representing client brands with confidence and integrity
  • Building, managing, and retaining strong customer relationships
  • Supporting the onboarding, training, and development of new team members

  • Progressing into leadership and management roles based on results

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable mindset
  • A genuine interest in business, leadership, and personal growth
  • A positive, team-first attitude with a competitive edge
  • Experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is advantageous, but not essential
