Business Manager

Nottingham City Centre | Up to £40k + Performance Bonus

We're Changing the Way We Do Dentistry.

At Smmmile, we're not simply growing dental practices—we're redefining what modern dentistry looks like. We combine exceptional patient experiences, digital innovation and outstanding leadership. As we continue our ambitious growth journey, we're looking for an exceptional Business Manager to lead our Leeds City Centre practice. This is more than a management role; it's an opportunity to shape a business, inspire people, influence commercial success.

The Opportunity

This isn't a traditional Practice Manager role, we are not looking for someone to do administrative tasks, we are looking for a commercially minded leader who wants to build a successful business, develop exceptional people and create a culture where high performance, accountability and outstanding patient care go hand in hand.

You'll have the autonomy to lead your practice, make meaningful decisions and influence every aspect of its success, while being supported by an experienced central leadership team that shares your ambition.

What Makes Smmmile Different?

At Smmmile, we don't settle for ordinary.

We believe modern dentistry should be innovative, technology-led and centred around exceptional patient experiences.

That's why we:

  • Invest in our people and develop future leaders.
  • Embrace digital innovation and modern ways of working.
  • Create beautiful practice environments where teams are proud to work.
  • Build a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Encourage ambition, recognise success and celebrate achievement.
  • Give our leaders the autonomy to make decisions and drive meaningful change.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
