It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing! Job Description:

Business Manager – HPE Architecture

Location: Milton Keynes – Hybrid

This role follows a non-negotiable 3-day hybrid working pattern. Candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance of our Milton Keynes office.

About the Job

Are you a commercially driven leader who enjoys building strategy, creating growth opportunities, and influencing business performance?

We're looking for a Business Manager to take ownership of one of our strategic HPE architectures, shaping the commercial direction and growth strategy for the business. This is a highly influential role that sits at the centre of sales, marketing, vendor management, and partner engagement.

You'll be responsible for translating vendor strategy into actionable business plans, developing go-to-market initiatives, and creating the programmes, frameworks, and tools that enable our teams and partners to succeed. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working strategically while still delivering tangible commercial results.

If you thrive on identifying market opportunities, building strong stakeholder relationships, and driving growth through innovative thinking, we'd love to hear from you.

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the HPE Architecture business.
  • Build and manage business plans aligned to vendor and Ingram Micro objectives.
  • Identify market opportunities, industry trends, and growth initiatives.
  • Develop partner programmes, campaigns, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Drive partner recruitment, development, and long-term growth.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Subject Matter Experts to maximise business performance.
  • Build strong relationships with HPE and key internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor business performance, profitability, and key growth metrics.
  • Present strategic recommendations, business updates, and performance insights to senior leadership.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
