About The Role
As a Business Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting our Sales Team and delivering an outstanding customer journey from start to finish.
Working closely with our Sales Executives, you'll help customers secure the right vehicle finance, insurance and protection products, ensuring every recommendation is tailored to their individual needs. You'll be responsible for presenting finance packages, building value in our products and services, and ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements.
This is a highly customer-focused role where you'll balance commercial success with delivering exceptional service and long-term customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Supporting the sales team in maximising vehicle and finance opportunities.
- Presenting and explaining finance, insurance, warranty and protection products.
- Delivering a professional and transparent customer experience.
- Ensuring all sales are completed compliantly and in line with regulatory standards.
- Driving departmental performance against agreed targets.
- Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
- Promoting the Group's customer-focused ActiveSales process.

About You
We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering results while putting customers first.
You Will Have
- Previous experience in a Business Manager, Transaction Manager or Automotive Sales Management role.
- A strong understanding of automotive finance and insurance products.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
- The confidence to work independently and make informed decisions.
- A professional, customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering outstanding service.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- A full UK driving licence.
