Our client, a global alternative investment firm, is hiring a Business Manager to sit at the heart of its International Operations function. This is a high-visibility role for someone who thrives on bringing structure to complex, cross-regional work and partnering with senior leadership to get things done.

THE OPPORTUNITY

International Operations supports a broad, cross-regional agenda spanning governance, delivery, capacity planning, operational transparency and strategic execution. Working closely with regional and functional leadership, you’ll coordinate priorities across locations, strengthen oversight and drive consistent execution against international business objectives. It’s a role for a natural organiser and operator — someone who can take an ambiguous, multi-stakeholder programme, give it structure and ownership, and keep it moving to deadline.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead cross-regional initiatives across International Operations, ensuring clear ownership, timelines, milestones and disciplined delivery tracking
  • Provide business management, coordination and governance support across key operational priorities
  • Drive structured reporting, action tracking and senior stakeholder updates to improve transparency and execution
  • Track strategic deliverables end-to-end — capturing progress, risks, dependencies and blockers, and escalating where needed
  • Support a major operations transformation and location-strategy programme, including efficiency delivery, progress tracking and post-transition governance aligned to the target operating model
  • Enhance management-information and activity-tracking tooling to support capacity planning, process alignment, control visibility and operational efficiency
  • Support regional capacity planning, resource and headcount analysis, cost tracking and location strategy
  • Produce high-quality weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting for senior leadership, translating complex operational data into clear insights, risks and recommended actions

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
