BUSINESS MANAGER – BEAUTY
Shopping Centre – London
Salary: Up to £38,000 + Bonus
Full-Time, 40 Hours – Permanent
We are supporting the launch of an exciting new beauty brand within an established retail group, with new kiosk locations opening in Stratford.
The Role
We are looking for a proactive and commercially driven Business Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day performance of the kiosk, lead the team, and help establish the brand within the London market.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the daily operations and commercial performance
- Lead, motivate, and develop a small team
- Drive sales and achieve business targets and KPIs
- Deliver an exceptional and engaging customer experience
- Build strong relationships with customers and develop repeat business
- Maintain high standards across brand, visual merchandising, and operations
- Monitor performance and identify opportunities to maximise sales
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to support the launch and growth of the brand

About You
- Previous experience in retail management or a similar customer-facing environment
- Confident leading and motivating a small team
- Strong commercial awareness with a proven focus on sales and KPIs
- Proactive, self-sufficient, and hands-on
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about beauty, retail, and delivering a premium customer experience
