Vertu Honda Truro is looking for an experienced Business Manager to join our successful and growing sales team.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious automotive professional currently working as a Business Manager, Transaction Manager, or Assistant Sales Manager looking to develop their career with one of the UK's leading motor retailers.
You'll play a key role in driving dealership performance by supporting our sales team and delivering an outstanding customer experience. Working closely with both customers and colleagues, you'll be responsible for presenting tailored finance and insurance solutions, maximising vehicle profitability, and ensuring all sales are completed compliantly and professionally.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the sales team in converting enquiries into vehicle sales
- Presenting finance, insurance, and value-added product solutions to customers
- Building tailored finance packages to suit individual customer needs
- Ensuring FCA and regulatory compliance throughout the sales process
- Promoting products including finance, GAP, paint protection, warranties, and insurance products
- Delivering the Group's industry-leading sales process
- Maintaining exceptional levels of customer satisfaction
- Working closely with dealership management to achieve departmental targets and objectives

About You
To be successful in this role, you'll have previous experience within the motor retail industry and a proven track record in finance and product sales.
You Will Also Demonstrate
- Experience as a Business Manager, Transaction Manager, Senior Sales Executive, or similar automotive sales leadership role
- Strong understanding of automotive finance and insurance products
- Knowledge of FCA regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- A customer-focused approach and passion for delivering outstanding service
- Ability to perform effectively in a target-driven environment
- Full UK Driving Licence
