Veritas Careers are recruiting for an Established and Highly Successful Automotive Retailer who have a requirement for a Business Manager to join their busy contact centre in Leicestershire.
Requirements
- You will work in a busy Finance department supporting the sales process, working with and alongside a variety of specialist teams.
- We are looking for experienced salesperson with demonstrable experience identifying funding solutions for customers looking to purchase their next vehicle.
- A technical knowledge with regards to finance products and regulation would be make someone with Business Manager or similar experience looking to maximise their own earning potential an ideal candidate for the role.
The Person:
- Experienced sales professional with motor finance experience.
- Highly competent enquiry manager.
- Able to identify and present funding solutions to customers and stakeholders within the business.
- Professional telephone manner, able to build rapport and trust quickly.
- Ability to build value in a proposition.

Main Scope:
- To be a motor finance expert within the business.
- To develop quality relationships with all business partners and colleagues.
- To maximise F&I opportunity and income for the business.
The Duties:
- Manage a portfolio of leads to ensure adequate conversion and support the companies sales process with regards to F&I.
- Liaising with a panel of lenders, developing a robust knowledge of their policies and systems.
- Becoming a “go to person” for motor finance expertise.
