Business Manager Bristol
We are recruiting for an experienced Business Manager, Transaction Manager, or Automotive Sales Manager to join a successful main dealership in Bristol. Applicants must have previous automotive Business Manager, Transaction Manager, or sales management experience, strong knowledge of automotive finance, insurance, and compliance, a Full UK Driving Licence, and the right to work in the UK.

£35,000 basic

Business Manager Role
- Support the Sales Team in maximising vehicle, finance, and protection opportunities
- Present finance, insurance, warranty, and protection products clearly to customers
- Tailor finance and protection options to individual customer requirements
- Ensure sales are completed compliantly and meet regulatory standards
- Drive departmental performance against agreed sales and finance targets
- Deliver a professional and transparent customer journey
- Build strong working relationships with customers and the wider Sales Team

Business Manager Requirements
- Previous experience as a Business Manager, Transaction Manager, or within Automotive Sales Management
- Strong understanding of automotive finance and insurance products
- Good knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to perform within a fast-paced, target-driven dealership
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Right to work in the UK
