We are focused on creating an inclusive environment where our employees thrive based upon integrity, strong work ethic, a one-team ethos, desire to learn and develop and a commitment to deliver unwavering service excellence to our customers, vendors and partners. Therefore, first and foremost we recruit with our cultural fit in mind.

Job Overview/Purpose

The Business Manager - Commercial is an enterprise sales role responsible for acquiring new customers and driving strategic growth within existing accounts across an allocated industry-aligned territory. You will develop senior stakeholder relationships, identify and shape transformational opportunities, and position Transparity's professional services, managed services, and Microsoft solution capabilities to solve complex business challenges and deliver measurable business outcomes.

This role plays a critical part in accelerating Transparity's growth within the commercial market. Working with senior business and technology leaders, you will combine industry insight, commercial acumen, and a consultative sales approach to identify opportunities for innovation, operational improvement, risk reduction, and business transformation through technology.

As part of a high-performing sales organisation, you will collaborate closely with Microsoft, internal solution specialists, delivery teams, and marketing to create and execute account strategies that drive sustainable revenue growth and long-term customer value.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Own a defined territory, building and executing a clear growth strategy to win new customers, expand existing accounts, and deliver against ambitious revenue targets.
  • Lead complex sales opportunities from initial discovery through to close, creating compelling business cases and value propositions that resonate with senior decision-makers.
  • Build trusted relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders, becoming a strategic adviser on business transformation, technology, and innovation.
  • Develop a strong understanding of your sector, using market insight and emerging trends to identify opportunities and guide customer conversations.
  • Maintain a healthy, high-quality pipeline, with accurate forecasting, account planning, and opportunity management throughout the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Delivery, Customer Success, Marketing, and Microsoft teams to shape winning solutions and drive impactful go-to-market activity.
  • Represent the business externally through customer engagements, executive briefings, industry events, and thought leadership, while sharing market insight and best practice internally.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
