At The Housing Network (THN), every contract we secure represents an opportunity to provide safe accommodation and support to people facing some of life's most challenging circumstances.
As our business continues to grow, we're looking for the person who keeps everything moving - a highly organised, detail-oriented and confident professional who thrives on coordinating people, projects and priorities to turn opportunities into reality.
This is a newly created role at the heart of our Commercial function. You'll take ownership of multiple mobilisation projects, coordinating colleagues from across the business to successfully launch new services for Local Authorities and public sector partners throughout the UK.
If you're excited by the opportunity to help shape how we mobilise new services while playing a central role in our continued growth, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing:
You'll be responsible for coordinating the mobilisation of new services from contract award through to successful operational delivery.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
