Job Title: Business Manager
Salary: Competitive plus an excellent benefits package
Location: Covering the Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, and South Wales sales territory. Remote working, reporting into HQ in Milton Keynes.

About the Role
"The external sales team are a crucial component of Scania Financial Services. Our primary objective is to understand our customers' needs and provide funding solutions that support their business objectives. We foster strong relationships not only with our customers but also with the broader Scania network, collaborating closely with the truck sales team to drive vehicle sales. Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver tailored asset finance solutions to meet customer needs.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives in line with business goals and implement the Scania Financial Service sales strategy throughout your territory.
- Proactively manage the dealer region, collaborating closely to promote and generate finance solutions that drive vehicle sales.
- Build trust and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, prospects, customers, advisors, and vendors to foster long-term success.
- Enhance the finance knowledge of vehicle sales teams through guidance and support.
- Prepare and deliver reports, sales forecasts, and tactical sales campaigns that align with strategic objectives.
- Participate in and contribute to dealer sales meetings to strengthen partnerships and boost sales performance.
