We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Manager to join our successful dealership team.

The Role

As Business Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Sales team by building and presenting tailored finance and insurance packages to customers, following qualification from the sales executives.

You Will

  • Build, present and convert finance and insurance solutions in line with customer needs
  • Ensure full compliance with all financial and insurance regulations
  • Support delivery of the Group’s controlled ActiveSales process
  • Drive departmental performance to meet and exceed agreed targets
  • Actively engage with customers, delivering first-class customer service
  • Support colleagues to maximise new and used vehicle sales alongside add-on products including finance, warranty, paint protection and insurance products

About You

To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:

  • Previous experience in a Business Manager or Sales Management role, ideally within the automotive industry
  • A strong understanding of finance and insurance products and regulations
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • A customer-centric approach with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service
  • A full, valid UK driving licence
