At Reed Education, we're looking for an experienced education recruiter to lead our established Plymouth team and drive growth across the hugely opportunity-rich Devon and Cornwall market.

You'll be responsible for:
- Growing and developing an established education recruitment team
- Building stronger partnerships with schools and education organisations across the region
- Identifying new business opportunities and expanding market share
- Coaching, motivating and developing consultants to achieve exceptional results
- Driving performance across temporary, long-term and permanent recruitment
- Taking ownership of branch growth and profitability

We're keen to speak with experienced recruiters who:
- Have a proven track record within education recruitment
- Understand the primary, secondary, SEN or wider education market
- Love winning business and building long-term client relationships
- Have the ambition to develop people and lead a successful team
- Want greater responsibility, influence and earning potential
