About the Role

It is an exciting time to join Redmayne Bentley as we continue to strengthen our Investment Management offering.

We are looking to appoint an Investment Management Business Manager to support the effective operation and ongoing development of the function.

Working closely with the Head of Investment Management, this role sits at the centre of the department, helping to coordinate activity, support key initiatives and ensure a consistent, well-governed and client-focused approach.

This is a varied and highly visible role, offering the opportunity to contribute across change delivery, operational improvement, governance, stakeholder management and departmental leadership. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leaders across the business, represent Investment Management in relevant forums and committees, and deputise for the Head of Investment Management where required.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation and development of the Investment Management function, ensuring a consistent and aligned approach across the department.

Acting as a central point of coordination, you will maintain visibility of priorities, progress and key deliverables while supporting change initiatives, continuous improvement and effective governance.

Working closely with the Head of Investment Management, you will help ensure the smooth running of the function and may represent the department in internal forums and committees where appropriate. You will also build strong relationships across Investment Management and key business functions, supporting effective communication, collaboration and delivery.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
