We're looking for an experienced Principal Consultant/Business Manager to lead the growth of our HR recruitment offering across London and the South.
This isn't about taking over a fully established desk. It's an opportunity to shape and grow a market with the backing of one of the UK's most established recruitment businesses.
Our HR recruitment team in Manchester has gone from strength to strength over the past few years, playing a key role in our Corporate Functions division being recognised as Team of the Year. Now, we're investing in expanding that success across the South.
You'll have the autonomy to develop your own market, while benefiting from the infrastructure, reputation and support of the wider Morson Group. Alongside winning new business, you'll have the opportunity to maximise existing client relationships and national accounts where we already have a strong presence.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
