Responsibilities
- Managing the finance and insurance process from enquiry through to vehicle handover
- Maximising finance penetration and ancillary product sales
- Ensuring all deals are structured effectively to achieve dealership profitability targets
- Supporting, coaching and developing the sales team
- Maintaining full FCA compliance throughout the sales process
- Working with lenders and finance partners to achieve the best outcomes for customers
- Monitoring daily and monthly performance against key KPIs
- Assisting with stock, pricing and vehicle merchandising strategies
- Delivering a first-class customer experience from start to finish

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Business Manager, Transaction Manager or high-performing Senior Sales Executive within the motor trade
- Strong understanding of automotive finance and insurance products
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding F&I targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Professional, customer-focused approach
- Full UK driving licence
