Are you a skilled administrator or business manager?
If so, there is an opportunity to experience a Gold star rated care home setting by joining the team at Little Heath Care & Support Centre as a business manager.
About The Role
You will be a key part of the management team working closely with the Home Manager and colleagues to complete all areas of Business Management for the centre including:
- Assisting with the planning and organization of staff rosters
- Accurate completion of the monthly payroll
- Managing and inputting absence onto the HR system
- Completing the on-boarding process for new colleagues joining the centre including supporting the manager in interviews and shortlisting where required
- Leading on the administration of documentation for new residents moving into the centre and those leaving including financial data input
- Working in partnership with our Finance and HR departments frequently processing invoices, care fees and recruitment documentation
- Supporting the team with a variety of administrative tasks to help with the smooth running of the centre
- Liaising with visitors, relatives and the multidisciplinary team to ensure a seamless service is delivered

About You
You’ll be an experienced Administrator or Business Manager with excellent IT skills ready to take on the role and will:
- Possess and demonstrate a competent and professional manner regardless of the situation
- Have the ability to manage a variety of tasks, prioritizing and completing within set time frames
- Be experienced in the processing payroll
- Be experienced in the HR onboarding process
