Marston Green Infant Academy

Marston Green Infant Academy is a happy, nurturing Infant School dedicated to giving our youngest learners the best possible start to their educational journey. Our school is a bustling environment where safety, creativity, and early development thrive. We are seeking an efficient, forward-thinking Business Manager to join our senior leadership team and lead our financial and operational functions.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience of financial and administrative management, ideally within a school or education setting.
  • Is highly organised, reliable and able to prioritise competing demands.
  • Has excellent attention to detail and strong financial awareness.
  • Can manage budgets, purchasing and financial reporting effectively.
  • Is able to oversee personnel files, SCR and staff recruitment.
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Will supervise site maintenance, manage external contractors and ensure strict Health & Safety compliance.
  • Is committed to maintaining high standards of safeguarding, confidentiality and professional practice.
  • Shares our commitment to providing the very best environment and opportunities for our young pupils.

Band F (points 34-40), £46,579 - £53,051

Hours:

37 hours per week (hours and working pattern are negotiable).
