At Vertu Renault Leicester, we're looking for a driven and customer-focused Business Manager to join our successful team. - £35,000 basic salary

- 40-hour working week
- Monday to Friday, with Saturdays worked in exchange for a weekday off

About The Role
As Business Manager, you'll support the Sales Team by presenting finance and insurance solutions, ensuring customers receive the right products for their needs while maintaining full compliance.
You'll be responsible for driving finance performance, supporting the delivery of the Group's sales process, and ensuring every customer receives an outstanding experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Present finance and insurance products to customers
- Support sales colleagues throughout the customer journey
- Drive finance, warranty and insurance product performance
- Ensure regulatory compliance at all times
- Build strong customer relationships
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Help achieve departmental targets and objectives
What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in a Business Manager, Transaction Manager, Sales Manager or similar automotive role
- Strong understanding of finance and insurance regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport and influence customers
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Customer-focused approach
- Full UK Driving Licence
