We’re excited to offer a great opportunity for an experienced Business Manager to join our supportive and high-performing team.

We provide an industry-leading remuneration package, including a £35,000 basic salary, OTE of £50,000, company car, and a wide range of employee benefits.

About The Role

As a Business Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving performance and delivering a customer-first experience, acting with integrity and setting the standard for responsible, transparent practices that build trust and long-term loyalty.

Working Closely With The Sales Team, You’ll

  • Present finance and insurance options to customers following introduction by the sales team, communicating all information clearly, accurately, and in full compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Supporting daily sales activity and wider team targets while confidently leading first and second-facing customer conversations, delivering a consistent, customer-focused experience
  • Working collaboratively to support customers through their journey, offering new and used vehicles alongside finance, warranty, paint protection, and insurance to ensure the right products meet their needs

What You’ll Need

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • Previous experience in a Business or a Sales management role within the automotive industry
  • An understanding of financial and insurance product regulations
  • Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple tasks
  • Experience building positive relationships and navigating confident, constructive conversations
  • Hold a full and valid UK driving licence

A strong sense of accountability and integrity is essential, with the ability to balance commercial success alongside responsible selling practices.
