If you're looking to be part of a fast-growing, innovative organisation where your work makes a real impact, we'd love to hear from you.

Role Overview

As Business Manager to the CTO, you'll be a trusted partner at the heart of the Technology leadership team, driving focus, alignment and execution across a complex, fast-moving function.

Combining the commercial and operational aspects of a Business Manager role with many of the responsibilities typically associated with a Chief of Staff, you'll help translate strategy into action, keep priorities on track, and ensure leadership decisions are delivered. You'll provide the insight, governance and challenge needed to drive results, while acting as a key link between the CTO, leadership team and wider business.

From preparing Board-level materials and executive updates to coordinating strategic initiatives and leadership activities, you'll create the structure that enables the CTO and wider Technology leadership team to operate at their best.

This is a high-profile opportunity for someone with strong commercial acumen, exceptional organisational skills and the confidence to operate alongside senior stakeholders. If you enjoy bringing order to complexity, influencing at leadership level and making a visible impact across a technology-led business, we'd love to hear from you.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
