FX Business Manager | FX & Payments | London/Hybrid | £90k–£110k base + Bonus
If you've built your career in FX Sales, FX Product or another Front Office FX focused role before moving into Business Management, Strategy or Commercial roles, then please reach out.
We're working with a leading Financial Services institution that are seeking an FX & Payments Business Manager to join their growing Capital Markets business. This is a front-office aligned role, sitting between FX Sales, Technology and the wider business.

You'll help shape priorities for the EFX platform, translate client and sales requirements into technology solutions, and drive the implementation of new products and capabilities across FX & Payments.
We're particularly interested in candidates who:
- Have a strong FX background, ideally FX Sales / FX Product
- Understand how FX products work and how an FX business/platform generates revenue
- Have experience bridging business and Technology
- Have delivered new products, propositions or capabilities
- Confident working with senior stakeholders across Sales, Technology and Operations
