What You’ll Own
The Enterprise Strategy & Transformation team partners with senior leaders across the business to define priorities and drive execution. We focus on improving performance, enabling scalable delivery, and ensuring the business can respond effectively to evolving opportunities and challenges.
- Lead and deliver strategic initiatives with clear structure, pace, and accountability
- Coordinate across teams (commercial, product, operations, technology) to drive alignment and execution
- Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and proactively resolve issues
- Translate strategy into clear priorities, milestones, and measurable outcomes
- Track progress, provide visibility, and continuously improve delivery effectiveness

What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years’ experience in business management, strategy, transformation, or operations
- Proven ability to execute cross-functional initiatives and drive outcomes
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with senior audiences
- Experienced in setting delivery frameworks (OKRs, governance, tracking)
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
