The Role

As a Management Trainee, you will enter an intensive, immersive program covering business strategy, field operations, and leadership. Working alongside seasoned sector specialists, you will sharpen your executive skillset while playing an active role in scaling client operations.

Primary Duties

  • Act as a brand ambassador for premier clients during live, interactive campaigns
  • Drive direct sales, customer acquisition, and interactive brand outreach
  • Progress through structured modules in business administration and leadership
  • Mentor, train, and inspire incoming team members

Role Criteria & Mandatory Terms

  • Valid legal authorization to work in the UK (Sponsorship cannot be provided)
  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years
  • Employment Structure: This is an independent contractor role operating on a 100% commission basis. Earnings are uncapped and directly tied to your sales performance, allowing top performers to significantly exceed standard OTE projections.
