Data tells you what's happened. Insight tells you what to do next.

We're looking for a Business MI & Insight Analyst to join our Group Data team, working closely with the UK Retail COO Office to help drive operational performance, customer outcomes and business improvement across one of the UK's fastest-growing insurance broking businesses. This isn't a role focused purely on reporting.

You'll work at the centre of our Retail business, turning complex operational and customer data into meaningful insight that helps leaders make better decisions. You'll have visibility across broking performance, customer experience, operational efficiency, change programmes and Consumer Duty outcomes, giving you a genuine opportunity to influence how the business operates and grows.

If you enjoy working closely with stakeholders, solving problems through data and seeing your analysis lead to real action, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Team

You'll join a team that sits at the heart of the business, supporting a growing and evolving UK Retail operation.

The Data, MI & Analytics function is responsible for delivering trusted, high-quality insight that supports decision-making across the organisation. Working in partnership with operational and commercial teams, we help leaders understand performance, identify opportunities and improve customer and business outcomes.

This is a highly collaborative environment where data is expected to drive action. The team plays a key role in supporting continued growth through acquisition and organic expansion, making it an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys pace, variety and visibility.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
