A role you will love

This is a senior-level role within Computershare’s Corporate Trust business, focused on capital markets and structured finance. You will be a strong communicator who can connect with clients, develop a deep understanding of their business, and drive additional opportunities while building trusted, long-term relationships. This is a fast-paced, demanding role with significant visibility and impact across the organization.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding of new business, including documentation management, risk assessment, internal coordination, and readiness for execution
  • Build, maintain, and deepen client relationships by understanding client objectives, business models, and transaction structures across the deal lifecycle
  • Serve as a trusted primary point of contact for clients, attorneys, investment banks, and internal stakeholders, including senior-level partners
  • Review, analyse, negotiate, and sign complex transactional documentation related to asset-backed structured finance securitizations, debt issuance, and custodial administration
  • Drive risk mitigation and provide recommendations on deal terms, document language, pricing, and structural considerations
  • Identify, evaluate, and help vet new business opportunities, assessing appropriateness and alignment with the various Corporate Trust lines of business
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention by resolving moderately complex technical, operational, and account service issues using practical, risk-aware solutions
  • Coordinate and manage multiple concurrent deal closings while meeting tight deadlines and quality standards
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Relationship Management, Legal, Middle Office, and Operations teams, including providing process and subject-matter expertise for sales calls, meetings, and presentations
  • Independently conduct research, process definition, and improvement initiatives; lead or participate in special projects as assigned

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
