Business Customer Onboarding & Compliance Specialist (Contract)
Please note: As this role involves working directly with merchants across European markets, candidates must be fluent in at least one of the following languages:
- German
- Italian
- Spanish
- French
Strong written and verbal communication skills in one of these languages are essential.
UK-Based | Remote/Hybrid
6-Month Contract
£275 per day
We're looking for individuals with experience in compliance, customer onboarding, KYC, business verification, or regulatory operations, ideally gained within financial services, consumer credit, fintech, banking, or other regulated environments.
What you'll be doing
- Supporting European business customers through regulatory registration and onboarding processes.
- Managing and tracking documentation requirements.
- Liaising directly with merchants to explain regulatory requirements and guide them through the process.
- Monitoring key milestones and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting on progress.
- Managing multiple customer cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

What we're looking for
- Experience in compliance, onboarding, customer due diligence, KYC, business verification, or related operational functions.
- Strong stakeholder management and customer communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines.
- Experience within financial services, consumer credit, fintech, banking, or regulated environments is highly desirable.
- Fluency in at least one of the following languages is essential, as you'll be working directly with merchants across Europe:
- German
- Italian
- Spanish
- French
