Introduction to the Position
We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Business Operations Administrator to join our Customer Relations team. In this role, you will work closely with colleagues and clients to ensure accounts are managed accurately and efficiently, while maintaining compliance with industry regulations, client requirements, and internal quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
What You Will Be Doing
- Managing internal and external client communications via email and telephone.
- Importing and exporting daily and weekly client files accurately and within agreed service levels.
- Loading and updating client accounts on internal systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Recording and maintaining audit documentation to support quality and compliance standards.
- Building effective working relationships with operational teams, clients, and other departments.
- Supporting continuous improvement by adhering to company policies, information security procedures, and regulatory requirements.

What We Are Looking For
- Previous administration experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Competent in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- A positive, organised approach with an interest in compliance and delivering high-quality service.
