Job Title: Business Operations Administrator

Salary: £32,000-£34,000

Benefits: Excellent company benefits package

Location: Borehamwood

Hours: Monday-Friday

Purpose of the role

We're looking for an organised, proactive professional to provide day-to-day operational and administrative support across the business. You'll become a key point of contact in the business supporting everything from reporting and company communications through to travel, compliance and fleet administration.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing administrative and operational support to teams across the business.
  • Producing and maintaining reports, records and operational databases.
  • Coordinating company travel, accommodation, meetings and visitor arrangements.
  • Supporting stores with operational queries and ensuring communications are clear and timely.
  • Maintaining records relating to incidents, insurance claims and compliance activities.
  • Supporting fleet administration including servicing, MOTs, insurance, taxation and repairs.
  • Preparing correspondence, reports, meeting notes and other business documentation.
  • Providing wider support across Central Operations during busy periods and team absences.

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience within Administration, Operations or Office Support.
  • Highly organised with the ability to confidently manage competing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and confidence producing reports and maintaining accurate records.
  • A proactive, adaptable team player who enjoys variety and using their initiative.
