Sparta Global are hiring a Business Operations Analyst to join a team to support leadership of our business practices.

This will be a 12 Month FTC, with the intention of converting to permanent, and will require 2 days per week on-site in Birmingham.

As a key member of the Operations Team, you’ll work closely with the Business Operations Partner to drive efficiency, consistency, and innovation across our Practice operations. You’ll build strong relationships, anticipate needs, and help empower the team to deliver outstanding results.

What You’ll Do:

  • Strategic Alignment: Help align business operations with organisational goals, ensuring seamless delivery of services, tools, and processes.
  • Governance & Communication: Contribute to governance frameworks and communication strategies that keep stakeholders aligned and informed.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and support opportunities to enhance services, streamline processes, and implement best practices.
  • Data & Planning: Assist with financial forecasting, reporting, and resource planning to support strategic decisions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison, ensuring smooth issue resolution and alignment with business priorities.
