Are you a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for operational excellence and strategic delivery? We’re looking for a Business Operations Analyst to join our team and support the leadership of our Practices.
As a key member of the Operations Team, you’ll work closely with the Business Operations Partner to drive efficiency, consistency, and innovation across our Practice operations. You’ll build strong relationships, anticipate needs, and deliver outstanding results.

What You’ll Do:
- Strategic Alignment: Help align business operations with organisational goals, ensuring seamless delivery of services, tools, and processes.
- Governance & Communication: Contribute to governance frameworks and communication strategies that keep stakeholders aligned and informed.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and support opportunities to enhance services, streamline processes, and implement best practices.
- Data & Planning: Assist with financial forecasting, reporting, and resource planning to support strategic decisions.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison and escalation point, ensuring smooth issue resolution and alignment with business priorities.
