BUSINESS OPERATIONS ANALYST
£213 per day via Umbrella
6-month contract
Telford – 2 days per week onsite
BPSS clearance required
ABOUT THE CLIENT
Our client is a leading organisation operating within a complex technology and professional services environment, supporting strategic business functions and high-performing specialist Practices. They are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Operations Analyst to support operational delivery, governance and continuous improvement across the organisation.
THE BUSINESS OPERATIONS ANALYST ROLE
As a Business Operations Analyst, you will work closely with the Business Operations Partner and wider Operations Team to drive efficiency, consistency and innovation across Practice operations.

- Support the alignment of business operations with organisational objectives
- Contribute to governance frameworks, strategic communications, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives
- Involve RAID management, risk mitigation, resource and capacity planning, financial forecasting, reporting, recruitment support and HR process coordination
- Build strong relationships across the business, act as a liaison and escalation point, and proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and services
- Take initiative and confidently deputise for the Business Operations Partner when required
BUSINESS OPERATIONS ANALYST ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Experience in business operations, resource management, or stakeholder engagement
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting governance, reporting and operational planning
- Experience with RAID management and risk mitigation
- Understanding of resource, capacity or financial planning
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proactive approach to continuous improvement
