Business Operations Analyst
Location: Telford, United Kingdom (Hybrid, 2 days per week)
About the Role
Are you a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for operational excellence and strategic delivery? We're looking for Business Operations Analysts to support the leadership of our Practices, driving efficiency, consistency, and continuous improvement across the business.
Working closely with the Business Operations Partner, you'll build strong stakeholder relationships, support strategic decision-making, and help optimise operational processes through effective use of data, financial insight, and business tooling.
What You'll Do
- Support the alignment of business operations with organisational goals, ensuring effective delivery of services, processes, and operational tooling.
- Contribute to governance frameworks, reporting processes, and communication strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to streamline operations and enhance ways of working.
- Support financial forecasting, budgeting, reporting, resource planning, and capacity management activities.
- Manage and maintain operational tooling, ensuring accurate data, reporting, and process adherence.
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to resolve issues, improve operational performance, and support strategic priorities.

Essential Skills & Experience (Mandatory)
- Proven experience in a Business Operations Analyst, Operations Analyst, PMO Analyst, or similar operational role.
- Demonstrable experience supporting financial processes, including forecasting, budgeting, cost tracking, financial reporting, or capacity planning.
- Hands-on experience using and administering business tooling for operational management and reporting (e.g. Power BI, Excel, Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Workday, SAP, Oracle, or similar enterprise platforms).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret operational and financial data.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience improving processes and driving operational efficiencies within a complex organisation.

Desirable
- Experience working within a technology, consulting, professional services, or enterprise environment.
- Knowledge of governance, PMO, or resource management practices.
- Experience producing reporting and insights for senior leadership.
