About Organicco

Organicco is a climate technology company developing innovative modular waste-to-value systems that transform waste materials into valuable resources and products. Our technology combines engineering, manufacturing, and circular-economy principles to create commercially scalable solutions that reduce waste, recover value from materials, and support lower-carbon outcomes. As Organicco moves from technology development and pilot activity into commercial manufacture and deployment, we are strengthening the operational, commercial, and governance capability required to support customers, partners, and our growing international operations.

Role Purpose

The Business Operations & Governance Manager will help translate Organicco's strategic and commercial priorities into coordinated business delivery. Working closely with the Founder & CEO and teams across engineering, commercial, finance, manufacturing, and external professional advisers, the role will lead cross-functional projects, strengthen operating processes, and ensure that customers, partners, and internal stakeholders remain aligned throughout delivery. The role will also support the development of practical governance, reporting, and management processes that enable Organicco to scale effectively in the UK and internationally. This is a hands-on management role suited to someone who can operate confidently between senior stakeholders, technical teams, customers, partners, and external advisers while maintaining clear ownership of delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Cross-Functional Business Delivery

  • Lead business-critical projects from planning through implementation, establishing clear objectives, milestones, responsibilities, dependencies, and reporting.
  • Coordinate activities across engineering, commercial, finance, manufacturing, suppliers, and professional advisers.
  • Translate strategic and commercial priorities into practical delivery plans.
  • Maintain oversight of actions and dependencies across multiple workstreams and ensure agreed actions are followed through.
  • Identify delivery issues early, coordinate appropriate responses, and escalate material risks where required.
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings and ensure decisions, actions, and responsibilities are clearly recorded.

Customer, Partner, and Commercial Delivery

  • Coordinate customer and partner onboarding following commercial agreement.
  • Act as a senior coordination point across internal teams and external stakeholders during customer implementation and delivery.
  • Ensure contractual, technical, manufacturing, financing, logistics, and operational requirements are aligned.
  • Support major customer and partner engagements through clear planning, communication, and follow-through.
  • Coordinate due diligence information and business responses required by customers, partners, advisers, and other stakeholders.
  • Support commercial teams by ensuring that customer requirements are translated clearly into internal actions and delivery priorities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
