Business Operations Assistant (UK)

Location: London, UK

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Business Operations Assistant to support the European Market Director and work closely with global teams across the Europe, Asia, and America.

This role will play an important role in coordinating daily business operations, facilitating cross-functional communication, and ensuring smooth execution of key initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the European Market Director with daily business coordination and operational tasks.
  • Coordinate communication and collaboration between European, Asian, and American teams to ensure alignment and efficient execution.
  • Follow up on key projects, action items, and business initiatives across different teams.
  • Support planning and coordination for local market activities and operational projects.
  • Assist with recruitment coordination and workforce arrangements for business needs, including but not limited to temporary event staffing.
  • Maintain operational documents, reports, and records to support business decision-making.
  • Coordinate with external partners and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency.

  • 2+ years of experience in business operations, project coordination, HR coordination, office management, or similar roles.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with international teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-changing environment.
  • Strong results-driven mindset with the ability to understand business goals, take ownership, and ensure successful execution.
  • Fluent English communication skills; experience working with Asian and/or American teams is a plus.
