About The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Business Operations Assistant to join a growing international business. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who enjoys working across multiple business functions, supporting governance activities, coordinating projects, and ensuring the smooth operation of a dynamic organisation.
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role in supporting business operations, leadership reporting, governance processes, contract coordination, documentation management, and marketing initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business and contribute to the successful delivery of strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Support project coordination and reporting activities across multiple business functions.
- Prepare leadership updates, presentations, meeting packs, and business documentation.
- Coordinate commercial contracts, agreements, and Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) between legal and business teams.
- Maintain governance documentation, project records, and company archives.
- Track governance actions and ensure follow-up activities are completed.
- Support internal reporting and management information processes.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives and communication activities that support business development.
- Facilitate collaboration between business units and corporate functions.
- Ensure all documentation is maintained accurately and complies with governance requirements.
About You
We're looking for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced international environment.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in business operations, project coordination, governance, administration, or a similar support role.
- Fluent in both Italian and English, written and spoken.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent document management and reporting capabilities.
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a structured approach to work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Ability to work proactively and independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues.

Desirable
- French language skills.
- Experience within Agriculture, Food & Beverage, Consultancy, or Oil & Gas sectors.
