Business Operations & Compliance Expert [$150/hr]
Experienced operators with 5+ years in business operations, internal controls, advertising or marketing operations, risk, or compliance program management.
Strong candidates can take regulatory requirements and internal policies and turn them into clear checklists, approval steps, examples, training, and recurring controls.
- Candidates to create, review, and evaluate high-quality business operations and compliance scenarios, leveraging experience in internal controls, compliance programs, and operating cadence.
- Strong candidates explain requirements in plain language, surface confusion, know when to escalate a legal question rather than improvising an answer, and stay detail-oriented without becoming bureaucratic.
- Candidates must be based in the United Kingdom and have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
