Who We Are

Speed NetworkNow is a fast-growing, innovation-driven startup based in London.

We create structured networking experiences for entrepreneurs, startups, freelancers, and professionals, while building a wider ecosystem around business growth, content, education, community, and technology.

As a startup grows, there is a lot happening behind the scenes — projects, meetings, events, communication, information, systems, and changing priorities all need to connect.

This internship is designed for someone who wants to gain practical exposure to how a startup is organised and how different parts of a business work together.

About the Learning Experience

This is a learning-focused internship for someone interested in areas such as:

  • Business operations
  • Project coordination
  • Startup management
  • Business administration
  • Organisation and planning
  • Events and team coordination
  • Process improvement
  • Entrepreneurship

You’ll have opportunities to learn directly from our founders and team while seeing how ideas move from:

  • Discussion → Planning → Coordination → Action → Review

Depending on current projects, you may gain exposure to activities such as:

  • Organising information and shared resources
  • Understanding how projects and priorities are tracked
  • Preparing meeting notes and action points
  • Supporting coordination around events and campaigns
  • Researching information needed for business decisions
  • Learning how different teams communicate
  • Exploring ways to make simple processes clearer or more efficient
  • Using digital tools to organise tasks, information, and workflows
  • Seeing how founders manage competing priorities in a growing startup

The aim is to help you understand why good operations matter, not simply to complete administrative tasks.

Who This Opportunity May Suit

This internship may be particularly relevant to students, graduates, or career changers exploring:

  • Business Management

  • Communicating with different people
  • Improving the way things are organised

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Learn Directly From a Startup Environment

One of the main benefits of the internship is the opportunity to understand a business from the inside.

You’ll gain exposure to questions such as:

  • How does a startup decide what to prioritise?
  • How are projects organised when several things are happening at once?
  • How do founders keep track of decisions and follow-ups?
  • How do marketing, events, partnerships, and operations connect?
  • How can technology and AI make everyday processes more efficient?
  • How do systems change as a company grows?

You’ll be able to ask questions, receive feedback, and gradually build confidence through practical exposure.

Areas You May Explore

Depending on your interests and current projects, you may gain experience across:

  • Startup Operations
    • Understanding how day-to-day information, activities, and priorities are organised.

  • Events & Community

  • Systems & Process Improvement
    • Exploring ways to make recurring activities easier, clearer, or more efficient.
