Position Summary
The Business Operations Team partners closely with brand, marketing, trading and global e-commerce stakeholders to deliver best-in-class online experiences across brand sites, retailer.coms and digital touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Work Request Management
- Coordinate incoming requests across multiple digital workstreams.
- Manage and maintain workflow tracking tools, ensuring requests contain the required information.
- Monitor progress of requests and follow up on outstanding actions.
- Maintain accurate records, trackers and status reporting.
- Support prioritisation activities and workload visibility across teams.
- Identify and escalate potential risks, blockers or delivery impacts.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as a key point of contact for delivery-related queries.
- Liaise with stakeholders to gather missing information and clarify requirements.
- Ensure requests are updated and maintained throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Facilitate effective communication between requestors and delivery teams.
- Support adherence to agreed processes and ways of working.

Operational Support
- Schedule and coordinate recurring meetings and governance forums.
- Maintain action logs and track completion of follow-up activities.
- Maintain cross-Brand tracker for launches, seasonal campaigns and site updates.
- Coordinate access management requests, course access and undertake team process and ticket training.
Team Operations & Administration
- Maintain process documentation and operational resources.
- Produce regular reporting on work volumes, status and progress.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across team processes.
- Assist with team administration and coordination activities as required.
What This Role Does
The Business Operations Coordinator supports the delivery and day-to-day operation of digital and e-commerce activities across multiple workstreams, including website support, digital projects, content delivery and creative production.
Acting as a central coordination point, this role is responsible for managing incoming requests, maintaining delivery tracking, coordinating meetings and governance activities and ensuring stakeholders have the information required to progress work efficiently. The role works closely with brand, digital, project and product teams to support successful delivery across a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Need To Be Successful In This Role
- Strong online content management experience, ideally within an e-commerce environment.
- Experience supporting digital, e-commerce, technology or creative teams.
- Experience managing workflows, requests or ticketing systems.
- Familiarity with digital delivery processes.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to influence and build collaborative working relationships.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Proficient in Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
