About the role:
We are seeking an energetic and organised Business Support & Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role offers a dynamic environment where you will support senior leadership in building a strong company culture and delivering service excellence. The ideal candidate is a creative, people-oriented individual with a passion for making an impact and representing the team, and our brand.
This role is based in the Corporate Head Office of Iconic Hotels & Resorts, and will support the office operations.
What you’ll be doing:
- Execute on all administrative tasks such as;
- Create presentations and documents with a creative flair and attention to detail
- Review market competitor benchmarking when requested
- Create and update organisational charts
- Use Canva and AI where appropriate to elevate how leadership presents key information in a succinct, yet meaningful way
- Oversee internal communications across the office including how we celebrate key events like birthdays, key milestones in life, as well as annual calendar of events like Mental Health Awareness in the office
- Represent the brand at hotels and other events, presenting well and maintaining a professional image
- Manage senior leadership meetings and diaries efficiently
- Coordinate expense reports for Chief Operating Officer
- Demonstrate initiative, anticipatory mindset, winning spirit and strong people acumen

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- High problem solving skills and the ability to adapt and be agile
- Creative mindset with proficiency in design tools such as Canva and AI
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to present confidently and represent the brand positively
- Energetic and passionate about team impact and culture building
- A high level of curiosity and passion to build, shape and create the fundamentals for service excellence and performance
- Previous experience organising diaries and meetings through Outlook
- A creative mindset
