About the Role
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Operations Coordinator to support the smooth day-to-day running of our multi-site premium retail business. Working closely with the Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in coordinating operations across our stores, supporting facilities, procurement, logistics, and administrative processes to ensure everything runs efficiently and to the highest standards.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in their work, and takes pride in creating structure and keeping operations running seamlessly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day operations across our 14 luxury ateliers, helping ensure a seamless, consistent, and premium client experience at every location.
- Act as a central coordination point between head office, store teams, suppliers, and contractors to ensure operational requests are handled efficiently and professionally.
- Manage and process customer and operational orders, liaising with suppliers and internal teams to ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality delivery.
- Coordinate procurement across all locations, ensuring premium grooming products, retail items, and operational essentials are consistently stocked in a cost-effective and organised manner.
- Oversee facilities and maintenance coordination across all sites, arranging contractors, tracking maintenance requests, and helping maintain every location to the highest operational and presentation standards.
- Maintain operational documentation, trackers, reports, invoices, and records with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Support operational logistics, scheduling, reporting, and administrative processes to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.
- Assist with health & safety coordination, compliance documentation, and routine operational checks across all locations.
- Support the Operations Manager with daily operational execution, business improvement initiatives, and longer-term strategic projects that support company growth and scalability.
- Contribute to the development and coordination of tailored corporate grooming packages and partnerships, helping position ADAM as a leading premium grooming and corporate wellness brand.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, communication, and internal processes across the business.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
