About Avatrial
Avatrial exists to save the lives of patients with cancer by accelerating the global mission towards superior, personalised treatments. We are building a unique end-to-end cancer drug discovery platform that combines access to high-quality human tissue samples, full-stack multi-omic data generation, artificial intelligence and machine learning, and rapid experimental validation to identify and develop better cancer therapies, faster.
Role: Business Operations Coordinator
As we grow, we are looking for a Business Operations Coordinator to join us on-site and help keep the company running smoothly as we scale. This is a varied, hands-on role at the heart of Avatrial’s day-to-day operations - connecting our lab science, data science, regulatory, IT, quality, business development, and strategic partnerships teams, while also leading the company’s core administrative functions.

Responsibilities
- Understand and connect different business areas.
- Track progress against goals.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks.
- Maintain platforms (ClickUp, SharePoint, etc.).
- Ensure effective communication among teams.
- Manage invoicing and basic accounts support.
- Coordinate payroll.
- Onboard new team members.
- Manage office and facilities.
- Handle general company administration.
Requirements
- Mid-level experience.
- Full-time, on-site role.
- Highly organised and proactive.
- Comfortable with diverse tasks.
- Experience with platforms like ClickUp and SharePoint is a plus.
